  I really am very happy with this agency, I have been with them for approx 10 years. Presently I work with Amanda, but have worked with a couple others in the office before. All super helpful. I thru the years now have my auto, home & rentals with them. last years switched over my husbands business, & just now, my business Ins needs switched. Recently had a claim with my previous agent/company for business, 15 yr old policy, never a claim, no help at all. Had to deal with an 800 number, on hold for 30 mins, & who answered spoke poor english. my local agent was useless. Acted like I was a bother. Amanda got me great pricing. Even if the price was the same as previous agency, Id have switched because Messuro Agency has great customer service. Had a roof claim last year, Messuro sent an adjuster & they did all the paperwork. No 800 number to call & me fill out all the paperwork. I'm a client for life!!!! {PS. I rarely write reviews, felt compelled when I seen low stars.]
